Atherton Company is a real estate and builder services company with a passion for the marketing and sales of new home construction. The company is owned and managed by Barbara Ryan, who serves as Atherton Company's Broker-In-Charge. A 15-year veteran of Real Estate, Barbara has worked as an on-site sales associate, sales manager, and Broker-In-Charge for some of the country's largest residential builders including Centex Homes, Pulte Homes and Ryan Homes. And, she was sales and marketing manager for the New Homes Division of Prudential C. Dan Joyner, Greenville, SC's largest real estate company. Her experience includes sales recruiting and training, product evaluation and strategic market planning. An active member of the Home Builders Association of Greenville, we have longstanding relationships with many of the area's top developers and high-end builders, giving clients a wide selection of individual home design and style, and community offerings. Most importantly, we know residential construction and will walk you through the homebuilding and buying process. We assist with the careful considerations that come with custom construction, giving you the opportunity to select lot size, layout and features for your new home.
